We do not employ resort representatives. However, you will always receive a detailed itinerary prior to departure, and this will tell you everything you need to know. Your itinerary will also give details of our local agent, who can help with information and advice.

We select our hotels for value, service and style, and every effort is made to give a fair and accurate description based on personal knowledge and other sources available.
For ease of reference we have given each property a 'DER' rating, ranging from pensions to 5* hotels.

What you see is what you get – respectively what you pay for. With DERTOUR there are no hidden charges, for example if you book a city break to Cologne for the Easter weekend, you will notice that we don’t charge any supplements.

A Reservation Confirmation Invoice & Booking Form will be sent out to you. Please check your holiday details carefully and call us if it is not to your satisfaction. Please forward the signed booking form (to confirm acceptance of the booking and our Booking Conditions) together with your deposit cheque or credit card details.
Deposit: £100 per person + insurance premium (if required). For River Cruise Holidays, British Airways, KLM and Low Cost Airline bookings you will be advised of the deposit at the time of booking. If you book within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required.
